Going to be a little vulnerable with you and share my progression photos to show you that results really happen on Deana Brownlow’s 13 week coaching program. I have experienced and believe 100% in her knowledge and coaching and that you too can have amazing results. I'm shocked looking at my progression pictures of just 9 short weeks. I’ve lost 14 pounds and 5 inches off my waist and 4.5 inches off my hips. Can't wait to see where I am in the next 4 weeks!!! And my biggest best change you can't see. This program is teaching me how to change my habits and shift my mindset. Now I'm free from dieting, free from self-hate, free from self-sabotage, free from hiding from the camera, freedom to choose what I eat that actually makes me feel better, free from binge eating, freedom to choose me and be a better role model for my children!! So, I just had my 5 week call with Deana and I couldn't be happier. I am feeling so much better. This is the first time EVER, I have not felt like I'm dieting. I've tried other programs, WW for one which I was successful however always hungry and found myself focusing on points which resulted in poor choices and over eating. For ex: "I can still have the entire bottle of wine if I eat zero-point foods all day"! I now find myself thinking " I don't want" vs "I can't have" and no longer worry about how many "points" I have Down 10.8lbs & 5.8 inches. Proof is in the pictures. I am so glad I found Deana Brownlow and her coaching program!
Finished my 13 weeks . Man that went fast! I lost 20 pounds and 10 inches (which I never thought was possible). I have gained so much from doing this program. I am so glad I took the chance on myself and signed up for this program. Things I have noticed since doing this amazing program - More confidence More energy More mental clarity Being patient with the process Being coachable I am not finished yet; I will take all the tools I have learned and I will keep going. Good Morning All, I just had my 9 week check in call with Deana. When I scheduled my call I was thinking well I’m doing pretty well, what will we discuss? Deana always finds a way to help push me and make me find ways to improve. I don’t enjoy cooking and planning meals so we discussed me having a change in mindset about cooking!!! Wow that’s why I love this program and Deana as a coach! It’s more than weight loss that we learn, it’s about making us have happier and healthy lives! So, Thanks Deana for the call this morning. My thinking will be “I love learning new things about cooking” and “I’m grateful I’m in charge of what I eat!” I’m back in my smaller sized clothing. My belly fat has almost disappeared, and I feel better overall with more energy. I highly recommend this program for any woman over 50!
Well ladies, I have successfully completed the 13-week program! I LOST 15 pounds, and I FOUND the knowledge I need to take care of myself the best possible way moving forward. I feel so much better in my gut by eating what this plan recommends . Who knew that you could eat all this food and still lose weight? I meal prep - I use ingredients I never heard of and now love. I exercise regularly and with more intention, and …I CAN DO A PLANK! I don’t need to snack… before working with my coach, my meals WERE snacks! No kidding!! I’m thankful for Deana’s guidance throughout the program and I’m thankful for each of you in this group! It really helped to read about and relate to your experiences. To celebrate my success, I ordered a new pair of workout shorts and capris and two tanks. I’m setting new goals for when I turn 60 this August and I’m confident in my ability to reach them!
This program has been great for weight loss for me. I lost 21 lbs, 3” off my belly and 4” off my hips. And I’m continuing to lose weight each week. Not starving and incorporating exercise/activity that works for me.But what has been amazing beyond that is this: I went to my chiro appt and I was told that I no longer need to go to the Chiro every three weeks. He was like, I don't know WHAT you are doing but the inflammation in your back is significantly less and those disc's no longer have all of the pressure on them. Keep doing what you are doing and we will check back in a few months Call me if things change. That is so freaking awesome!! I have been going to the chiro every three weeks for over 2 years. I am so thrilled right now. Thank you for your guidance in this new life I am receiving. I love that this is a sustainable program I can do anytime, anywhere.
This has been a beautiful journey of self-discovery and accountability. I’ve learned so much during my 13 weeks: lost 14.8 pounds and over 7.5 inches overall. This group is the best thing I’ve done for investing in myself! Who’s going to do that if I don’t! I have 4 grandchildren and a super demanding career so the energy I’ve found in living a healthy lifestyle is so rewarding! Thanks so much to Deana Brownlow and Darla Bloom for your passion and understanding guidance for all of us…it does take a village and I’m so proud to be in this one with all of you! Choices ladies… are you making the right ones? I know I am! Thanks for sharing all the realities of our post-menopausal lives…goal is to keep on moving, enjoying my life my choices and hopefully get to my goal before my 60th birthday next year.
I adjusted easily to the plan and lost 23 lbs. over the 13 weeks. I also lost 3, 4, and 2 inches in hips, waist, and chest, respectively. I never thought I could lose that much weight in that short of time. In the past, under other diet plans, I lost super slowly, taking a year or more to lose the same amount of weight. I love the commonsense approach Deana has brought to the table. It is a whole food, healthy first approach that every woman over 50 should be following. It just makes good sense and your body will thank you for it!
I have lost 15lbs (not the 20 I wanted but that’s ok because this is a journey with no end), taken almost 7 inches off my belly,4 off my chest and hips. When I started I sent or posted a picture stating “I want to look like this again” and Deana told me “you absolutely can”. When I started I had very little energy and was not getting any real exercise. I work as an ER nurse and the pandemic put me in a really bad place. Today I am here and think I actually look better than my goal picture! At 60 I think I am in the best shape I have ever been in for my entire adult life. I just want you to know I didn’t do anything extraordinary…..I just trusted the process and made some relatively easy changes to my diet and followed the program. I encourage anyone looking for a sustainable plan to make the investment in themselves and sign up for this program. Thank you Deana for leading the way.
I can't thank you enough for putting together this program for women over 50 years old! There are so many things I have learned during these past several weeks. I have lost 21 pounds, which is amazing! I feel the main reason this program worked for me is because it deals a lot with your mindset...not just “eat/don’t eat” and workout like this that most programs only focus on. Before, I was always thinking negatively and feeling like I will just diet a couple weeks and then gain the weight back. I always thought about losing weight in a negative way. This program really makes you think deep down inside about your feelings about food and how it affects you. Now, I have a more positive view of food and how it helps fuel my body. I don't have cravings these days and if I do, I use the tools my coach gave me to stay on track. This program has helped me with this issue and gave me great ideas! I used to drink so much soda and now I don't even want to drink soda! Overall, I recommend this program to anyone looking for a positive weight loss and overall lifestyle change.
Had my last coaching call with my coach this week! How grateful I am for her and this program. Overall, I lost 15 pounds and more than 11 inches. I feel more fit, confident, and shapely! My blood pressure is back within a normal range and my arthritis is less painful. But more importantly, I have gained a new perspective and understanding about how my mind plays the biggest role in my reality. My original goal was a 30-pound weight loss because I felt like I should be able to do that. Now, my goal is a continuing journey of health and movement and vitality. That might include being 30 pounds lighter someday, but I'm not limiting myself to what I think I "should be able to do". Instead, I'm embracing the possibilities and the "who knows what I am capable of!" I was frustrated at the beginning of this program. I got sick right away, watched the scale go up and was frustrated when Deana said "figure it out", "track it", or "just be patient". Reflecting back over the last 3 months, I realize she knew all along the value of teaching me "how to fish" instead of just giving me the fish. I am so much better prepared to continue my journey because of what I have learned. It has been a joy to journey alongside each of you! Best wishes as you continue to strive for your goals.
